Traditions Lending was founded by Brad Walters with the express intent to deliver the lowest interest rate mortgages with the lowest possible closing costs and the highest level of customer service to all clients regardless of loan size.

Brad Walters began his Financial Services career working in multiple Savings and Loans starting in 1987. Having held multiple positions in financial management gives a financial modeling perspective to loan origination which is extremely uncommon in the mortgage industry. This perspective and an intensive desire to maintain the highest level of professionalism has catapulted Brad Walters to the top 100 of all mortgage loan originators in the United States. In addition, Traditions Lending ranks in the top 1% nationally in the Wholesale Origination Channel.
